Royal mail options: Standard Delivery is royal mail tracked 48 and is free, we also offer Tracked 24 mail and international Track & Sign service.
Courier Options : Express Delivery Fedex 24 service which (does not include Highlands & Islands). Express Delivery Fedex 48 service - which includes Highlands & Islands.
International customers we use Fedex Priority
Order Processing Times : Orders placed before 12.00pm we aim to process on the same business day, orders placed after the cut -off time, during weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Times : Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as postal delays or customs clearance (for international orders).
Tracking: We will provide a tracking number for your order once dispatched.
Packaging: Your order will be securely packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Eco-friendly packaging is used whenever possible.
